This is Kaphiri. He enjoys tea, old books, and opera. He's a spectacled cobra and is therefore venomous, though he possesses a gentle, if somewhat somber personality. He wears the cloak to conceal the telltale markings, because first impressions are a bitch, and to an untrained eye he's simply a brown snake.

No cobra hood, because I didn't feel like it.

Wow, your coloring is gorgeous! The whole picture is in the calm browns and reds then there is that big blue eye... Love it! :heart: Awsome job on this.

I've said it before and I'll say it again--I love heeeeem! His colors are so dynamic (I'll never understand how you're able to do that with brown), and he seem so sweet. And so purdy. :B Hee.

ya know, i always did wonder how you would make a hooded cobra in your style. the answer is fairly simple and i can't believe it didn't occur to me. his broad shoulders are the perfect place for his hood marking, and the cloth he uses to cover it works as a sort of pseudo hood as well, shape wise.

god your nagas are just so ... creatively designed. i really like his third eye, and the fact that just because he's a cobra doesn't mean he's an OMG BADASS KILLER WTF character.

i want to hug him... i think this is now one of my favorite nagas of yours.

He seems quite the fantasmale character, and I don't care if that is not a word.
He does have quite a charming sense about him, and I can totally understand why he would not want to be misunderstood as some, reckless cobra.
